This privacy policy explains how Lin & Lore collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit www.lin-lore.com or place an order with us. We only collect what we need to run our shop, process your order and help you.

Most information comes directly from you, for example when you place an order, sign up for our newsletter or contact us. Some is collected automatically when you use our website, through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information about you from third parties, such as payment providers (to confirm your payment), carriers and tracking services (to confirm delivery) and advertising partners (to measure our ads).

We only share what's needed to deliver what you've ordered, to run our shop, or what we're required to share by law. We never sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Our shop is operated from outside Australia and New Zealand, and the service providers above are located in several countries, including the Netherlands and other European Union countries, the United States, Canada and countries in Asia where our partner warehouses are based. This means your personal information may be stored and processed outside Australia or New Zealand. We only work with providers that we expect to protect your information to a standard comparable to Australian and New Zealand privacy law.
Marketing emails
We only send you marketing emails if you've signed up for them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. Order and shipping emails are part of your purchase and are sent regardless.

How long we keep it
No longer than we need to. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. We keep your newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Access, correction and your other rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
