The invitation is on the fridge, and the question comes straight away: what on earth am I going to wear?

Lace where you want it, softness everywhere else
Abella has a fitted lace bodice with a round neckline and lace sleeves that finish at the elbow. The lace at the neckline and on the sleeves is sheer, so it looks light and pretty rather than covered up.
From the waist, a layered chiffon skirt falls in a soft cascade at the front and moves when you walk. Add low heels or dressy sandals, a clutch and your pearls, and you’re ready.

Before you order
How long is it? I’m not very tall.
Our supplier lists the dress length as about 120 cm in S up to 125 cm in 3XL. On the tall model in our photos that sits at mid-calf. If you’re 155 to 165 cm, expect it to fall lower, close to the ankle, so low heels or dressy sandals are the easy pairing. Not sure? Email us your height and we’ll help.

Which size should I choose?
Abella comes in S to 3XL, roughly AU/NZ 8 to 20. The lace bodice is fitted, so compare your bust with the size guide on the product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
Is the lace see‑through?
The lace at the neckline and on the sleeves is sheer by design, so you’ll see a little skin through it. That’s what keeps it light and pretty. If you’d like more coverage, a fine nude singlet underneath works well.
Can I wear Ivory to a wedding?
As a guest, ivory and white are usually best kept for the bride. For weddings, Blue, Forest Green or Dusty Pink are the easy choice. Ivory is lovely for Christmas, a cruise or an all-white party.
Will it be too warm for a summer wedding?
The skirt is light chiffon that falls away from the body, and the sleeves stop at the elbow, so it’s easier in the warmth than a long‑sleeved dress. On the hottest days, a shaded or indoor venue helps.
When will it arrive?
Delivery to Australia and New Zealand is free and tracked, usually within 7–10 days. If your event is close, email us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
What if it doesn’t fit?
